Charles began his legal career in tax, defending clients against audits and collections efforts of both Federal and New York State taxing authorities, helping clients explore the many options available and obtaining the ideal resolution to their tax problems. A life-long curiosity for the law has led him to consistently explore new areas. Charles has formed countless corporations and LLCs (among other entity types) for clients and helps clients maintain their business records. He has developed a passion for contract drafting of all types and sizes, including asset purchase agreements, residential or commercial leases, shareholder agreements, non-disclosure agreements, or any other business relationship that needs to be codified into a contract. Charles is also happy to help clients with their estate planning needs, and has assisted clients with trademark and copyright issues that arise with their businesses.

Michael Wicker

Michael began his legal career in 2009. In the years since, he has constantly grown and developed his skillset, gaining experience in tax defense, family law, criminal law, and civil litigation.
